The courses are both theoretical using power point presentations and practical using the users own equipment.

Other courses are available on request such as

   1. Rigging fundamentals and basic rigging/slinging
   2. Operator training
   3. Mobile cranes - understanding the load chart in relation to the Safe load Indicator (RCI)

   The courses are specifically designed for:

     a. Artisans and apprentices
     b. Rigging personnel and contractors
     c. Inspection and maintenance personnel
     d. Safety officers, trainers and loss control personnel
     e. Foreman, supervisors and engineering personnel
     f.  SHE and safety coordinators
     g. Training officers.

With the depth of experience gained over many years in the industry Cranemec Group's on site
training courses have been specifically designed to fulfil individual and company training needs
and are flexible to our client's unique requirements. Certain of our training courses have been
approved by ECSA (The Engineering Council of S.A) and LEEASA ( Lifting Equipment
Engineering Association of S.A).

Our training instructors are all veterans of the trade and have extensive technical and practical
experience. They are all Registered Lifting Machine inspectors and are registered with the
Engineering Council of South Africa.

Our courses are unique and no formal accreditation in terms of SAQA or NQF requirements
exist for such specialised training courses.
